Description : Pale lemon color, the taste is very fresh with a high level of minerality. Lemon and green apple are well expressed, an very aromatic wine.

Serving Suggestions : Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, white meat ans spicy Thai dish.

Serving Temperature : Between 8 and 10 °C.
